Luxury car maker Bentley has taken the wraps off a new tricycle for the upwardly mobile toddler.

The 6-in-1 Mulliner Tricycle is inspired by the Mulliner Range and designed with style, comfort and safety in mind.

It says the trike is the perfect choice for those who want to give their children a luxurious and stylish journey.

The trike introduces several new features inspired by Bentley’s elegant Mulliner cars, including a new specially developed seat.

With added soft inserts, it simulates the shape of the car seat and ensures extra comfort for children.

The design follows one of Mulliner's unique elements, diamond-in-diamond handmade quilting, with the Bentley badge stitched onto the soft headrest.

Pumped up wheels follow the Mulliner wheel design to a tee, with a Bentley logo in the middle surrounded by the ‘Bentley Mulliner’ wording.

The centre wheel cap ensures the ‘B’ badge is always in the motionless upright position, even when the trike is riding.

Other new Mulliner features show a commitment to luxury and perfection.

These include a chrome emblem at the hood of the trike, a diamond-in-diamond quilted push handle bag and a unique colour: White Sand.

The trike is designed to seat children from six months to five years old thanks the padded seat which rotates and reclines.

The up to date ‘Bentley’ magnetic buckle combines with an elastic five-point belt to ensure optimal safety.

In addition, new metal pedals have an anti-slide design that are the exact replica of those found in Mulliner cars.

A footrest and detachable push handle mean you can assist younger children as they learn to ride.

There’s also a retractable sun canopy to protect children from the sun and rear storage basket for drinks and snacks or toys.

With the seat facing the parent, stroller mode is perfect for young infants from six months up, making sure they get attention.

Three sets of different-sized footrests grow with the child.

Rotate the seat and, once little legs are long enough to reach the pedals, a handlebar clutch engages to ensure control.

When the child is ready for independence, they can take full control of the trike.
